What we collect and why

When you inquire, we collect the contact details, location preference, timing, and other information you choose to provide. We use this to respond and discuss rentals. In the private portal, residents provide contact, household, stay, pet, parking, and move-in details to prepare a lease and manage their tenancy. Optional answers are labeled. Please do not put Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, identification documents, or medical records in these forms.

Who can see it

Owners review inquiries and submitted tenant questionnaires. Residents access only their assigned residence and documents explicitly shared with their household. Co-tenants may see household lease documents containing information needed for the agreement. An unfinished questionnaire is not displayed in the owner review screen.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, security, and sign-in services. Sign-in uses essential cookies and may process your email, IP address, and security information. Illustrative images loaded from Unsplash also send your browser’s network information to the image provider. Payment and signing providers will be identified before you use their services. Payment details belong in the payment provider’s secure form.

Cookies, security, and retention

We use information necessary to operate and secure the site. The inquiry form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit spam. We do not use advertising trackers on this site. We retain inquiries and tenancy records as needed for rental administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations, and restrict access to authorized accounts. Ending portal access does not automatically erase signed leases or payment records.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct your information, stop following up about an inquiry, or review a deletion request by emailing unityventuresllc1@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Permission to respond to an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
